13 days of 3 hours each is scientifically structured to produce an optimal environment for personal exploration and transformation. Dynamic yoga posture, pranayama (powerful and purifying breathing techniques) and SAHAJA STHITHI MEDITATION stimulates release of all physical, mental and emotional blocks and activate spontaneous expression of vital energy.

SAHAJA STHITHI MEDITATION is an effortless process of conscious non-doing for 25 minutes, creating significant changes in life within 40 days of practice. Supported with Raja yoga pranayama, it is an effective cure and also preventive for chronic diseases like asthma, hypertension, diabetes, rheumatism, arthritis, spondylitis , epilepsy, migraine, sinus, allergic problems, obesity, skin and eye ailments etc. It can enhance memory, decision making capacity and ability to concentrate almost 100% in a few weeks of practice.

It does not require any change of habits, life styles and beliefs. It has nothing to do with any formal religion, sect, cult or any psychological exercises. It is purely an experimental science.
