Sahaja Yoga Foundation is a registered charitable trust formed under the auspices of Shree Gurudatta Guruji with the objective of bringing about an awareness and attainment of perfect physical and mental health for all classes of people irrespective of their cast, creed, religion, nationality or gender.
To achieve this trust focuses on training individuals by organizing and conducting structured programme courses named as Sahaja Sthithi Yoga and Bhava Spandana Programme. These programmes are based on the wisdom imparted by great masters and aims at fostering universal oneness of love and social upliftment, by tapping the mental, physical and intellectual potential dormant in each individual to full realization.
The Sahaja Sthithi Yoga and Bhava Spandana Programme classes are designed to contribute to the development of a happier mankind living in the state of inborn bliss and peace(Sahaja Sthithi) within one self and in relation to each other. These classes inculcate the best practices of pranayama and meditation techniques to master the Art of Effortless Living under the vision, wisdom and direct guidance of realised master, Shree Gurudatta Guruji.
These classes are envisaged as a pilgrimage of experience and learning whereby people can acquaint and acquire themselves with the wisdom of humanity in nurturing and supporting harmonious growth and flow of life.
